Do I need an Anthropic or OpenAI API key?
No. The default setup uses your existing Claude Pro / ChatGPT Plus subscription ($20/mo) — Helferlain is added as a custom MCP connector inside the AI app. Anthropic and OpenAI never see your ad-account credentials. We never proxy your prompts. Optional BYOK is available for power-users who prefer to bring their own provider key — same product, billed against your provider account instead of our monthly quota.
Is Helferlain actually EU-hosted?
Yes. Web app on Vercel Frankfurt, MCP gateway on Cloudflare Workers EU-only, database on Neon Frankfurt, Sentry on EU region, PostHog on EU cloud (no Session Replay enabled). Sub-processor list is published at /legal/sub-processors and updated within 30 days of any change.
What happens if I cancel?
Monthly cancels at the end of the period — you keep access until then. Annual gets a pro-rata refund within the 30-day money-back window. Beyond 30 days, annual is locked but you can downgrade to a smaller tier mid-cycle.
Do I need a Google Ads MCC account?
No. We support both single accounts and MCC managers. If you operate as an agency, the MCC pattern unlocks our multi-mandate audit dashboard automatically.
What data does Helferlain store?
Workspace metadata, encrypted OAuth tokens for the platforms you connect, audit reports, recommendations, and an audit log of every action. We do not store raw ad creatives or end-user PII. Full data map at /legal/privacy.
Is this Beta-grade or production-ready?
We're shipping a Beta with the first 25 customers. The architecture, encryption and DSGVO posture are production-grade from day one. SLA-backed uptime starts the day we exit Beta — currently best-effort with a 99% target.
